Welcome, Agencies, to Mission Fest Vancouver 2024!

We believe when a mission conference is united around the presence and mission of Jesus, He Himself will lead and direct everything we need—within Mission Central, and for the people of ministries we represent. We have been praying and waiting on God each step of the way as we plan this conference, and we trust that God will provide for your agency in the same way that He has been providing for us.

We pray that you will perceive His guidance and personal affection for you during the decision-making and exhibitor registration process. It is clear to us that Jesus has you, those who represent His ministries, in His heart.

Exhibitor Registration has ended; there are no more booths available.

New Registration Policy

Our commitment is first to Jesus, and as we began praying over what was on His heart, it became clear that our focus was to be you, the agencies, and specifically to lift whatever burdens we can. Therefore, we are are excited to share a new policy!

In order to exhibit at Mission Fest Vancouver 2024, your agency will only spend $500. And if you have a specific, personal encounter with Jesus during the conference and share it with us afterwards—in a written or video testimony we can share to tell of all the wonderful things He has done—we will refund the the full amount.

Other New Changes

There will be a number of other changes from recent years, including:

  • Dates — Instead of the usual weekend, Mission Fest Vancouver 2024 will take place February 15–17, 2024.
  • Location — The conference will be held at Westside Church in the Centre for Performing Arts (777 Homer Street) in downtown Vancouver.
  • Booth availability — Given the available space at Westside Church, we are only able to host 50 exhibitors for this first year of reimagining Mission Fest.
  • Exhibiting hours — Exhibits will be closed during General Sessions to allow all agency representatives to fully participate in the conference.
  • Seminars — There will be fewer seminars, and the speakers and topics will be coordinated by Mission Central. There is no application process. However, there will be blocks of time each day for “Mission Talks” and you will be welcome to apply to share for 15 minutes in the main auditorium.
  • Advertising — There will only be limited advertising opportunities. Details will be available soon.
